Mark was the first Deputy CIO of TSA and DHS. As a holder of several patents, his mother always wondered why he could not fix her TV. Regardless, Mark was able to bring private cloud and agile services to DHS under his half-billion dollar program portfolio at a large systems integrator. In addition, he managed the Homeland Security business for CSC and is a member of the AFCEA Homeland Security Committee that organized the CMMC Live Stream Event. Mark leads the Northern Virginia Special Olympics golf program and serves in various Church ministries.
