As the Assistant Director of Research & Development for MITRE Engenuity’s Center for Threat-Informed Defense, Ingrid Skoog works closely with Center Participants and MITRE’s research teams to ensure the R&D program is well-aligned with Participant interests and priorities while creating impactful results. Over the past decade, she has supported various branches of the U.S. government in a variety of technical roles, spanning such areas as vulnerability assessment, risk management, and cyber threat intelligence.

Prior to MITRE, Ingrid served as Security Director at the Center for Digital Resilience and built a privacy program for a global for-profit corporation. She also served on the Harvard University Committee on the Use of Human Subjects and advised researchers there on their security and privacy needs.

Ingrid holds a Masters in Computer Science from Tufts University, as well as a Bachelors in Computer Science and Mathematics from Syracuse University.
